Acura has dubbed the 2022 MDX “its most ambitious redesign ever,” and Sioux Falls auto enthusiasts should be excited. Although our favorite luxury brand hasn’t shared many details about the exterior design, we do know it will be taking styling cues from the new-look TLX with similarly-shaped headlamps, Chicane™ LED taillights, and a pronounced Acura logo gracing the front grille. There are mixed reports as to an official 2022 Acura MDX release date. While automotive authority Car and Driver has speculated that the fourth-generation MDX will be available near the end of 2020, Acura has hinted the redesigned SUV will likely hit dealerships in early 2021. Regardless of its release date, the 2022 MDX Prototype will make its debut on October 14, 2020, and an event that is sure to answer many questions.
