Good service as always. One thing that was a bit wierd is I had oil change and tire rotation. Upon resetting miles my MPG dropped to 15. Wierd but in the 100+ miles to get home it only got up to 18.6. Not sure if some recalibration was done but in heavy wind I get 20 minimum. Normal is 21-22 mpg. Havent driven any more since. Overall speedy and efficient.

We live in Washington state; over a 1000 miles from Sioux Falls. Because of the exemplary service of the team members we flew out and purchased a used Acura MDX from Vern Eide.

I recently purchased a used truck from this dealership. Upon signing the contracts, there were service contracts included that I was told could be cancelled anytime. I have requested they be cancelled 3 times, to no avail. They also have a 30 exchange policy, but have been unwilling to let me use it at Vern Eide Ford in Mitchell, despite the Ford dealership being willing to work with them on it.
Preston was so calm and collected when my appointment was not scheduled properly. He made sure to get my car in for a set of tires and was completed just a few hours later.
