Automotive Sales Consultant

Daily Tasks and Responsibilities: 


· Consulting with customers to determine their wants and needs in a new or used vehicle

· Conducting walk-arounds with customers and demonstrating features and benefits

· Ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty, and paperwork

· Conducting price negotiations on vehicles

· Demonstrating an understanding that business is built on excellent customer satisfaction and being committed to providing first-rate customer service

· Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business

· Maintaining an excellent knowledge of new products, features and accessories available, and explaining their benefits to customers

· Attending product and sales training courses provided by the dealership

Internet Concierge/ Customer Service


Vern Eide Motorcars is seeking a customer focused individual to serve as our Internet Concierge is to convert website visitors into qualified leads for sales consultants. By serving the greeter to inbound customers with outbound capabilities. The Internet Concierge plays a pivotal role in driving in-store appointments. This position features a stable salary plus monthly bonuses.

Key Functional Responsiblities/ Accountabilities: 

· Convert inbound leads into appointments by greeting customers, understanding customer needs and providing responses that increase level of interest, ultimately setting up appointments.

· Respond to inbound leads with a sense of urgency in a manner that surprises and delights the customer.

· Communication with inbound leads via phone, email, and video.

· Attend weekly sales meetings and conduct build rapport with sales team and maintain an ongoing understanding of sales status, traffic updates and opportunities.

· Partner with Senior Managers to conduct outbound communications to appropriately targeted contacts in CRM System
